Had to leave a review about how absolutely fantastic Debbie is from Carriage & Castles, Castlecourt. I walked in today without an appointment and explained to Debbie my wee daughter had a horrific experience that morning in another shop and left crying. Without a second thought Debbie said bring her in, she made my daughter feel so special, she sat down and spoke to my daughter and made her feel like a princess. My daughter picked the most beautiful dress but it was only possible with Debbies kindness, she had a heart of absolute gold. I will remember this day for the rest of my life and no doubt my daughter will too because of the amazing person helped her pick her dream dress. Debbie thank you so much, we need more people like you in the world🫶🏻

Brilliant experience with Debbie at Carriage and Castles today. My daughter had a brilliant time choosing dresses to try on, there was such a wide selection to choose from. Myself and my mum enjoyed the experience aswell. Debbie took the time and talked us through everything and we were all in love with the dress and accessories that my daughter chose.

Our experience at Carriage and Castles was absolutely amazing Debbie really took her time and made sure we were sure on everything and made us fully understand measurements and what was best sizing for my daughter.
